The Chick-fil-A Factor

The Loyalty to Chick-fil-A is 2nd to none “This loyalty effect, the full range of economic and human benefits that accrue to leaders who treat their customers, operators, and employees in a manner worthy of their loyalty, is at the core of most of the truly successful growth companies in the world today. And there is no clearer case study of the loyalty effect than Chick-fil-A.”
Fred Reichheld Author, The Loyalty Effect and Loyalty Rules!

This interview with our local Nashua, NH Chick-fil-A will bring to light why the Former President of the United States Jimmy Carter once said: “I hope that people will learn from Truett Cathy the virtues that have brought him remarkable success in life. He has dedicated himself to service in the broadest sense, following Christian principles, not only in his personal life, but in his relations with his customers and employees.” And this my friends has carried on with each individual Chick-fil-A

A Literacy Source

“A library outranks any other one thing a community can do to benefit its people. It is a never failing spring in the desert.” ― Andrew Carnegie

The Nashua NH Library has resources that go above and beyond the old idea that books only exist on shelves and oh the resources they may surprise even our most diligent skeptic's...

Henry David Thoreau once said "A truly good book teaches me better than to read it. I must soon lay it down, and commence living on its hint. What I began by reading, I must finish by acting."

This Holiday be aware of the messages you are reading, and when you are done consider the message very carefully and be sure your acts are positive and strictly ethical, if your not sure of the message which surely can be hidden, ask more questions and keep asking until you get the answers you are seeking.
Because you define you.

Art Express ...

Ralph Waldo Emerson once said “In art, the hand can never execute anything higher than the heart can imagine.” In this interview the heart of one inspiring teacher helps young people express themselves, and in meeting her young students you will find that with colors and shapes, these young people express themselves through art in a way that they couldn’t any other way.

And you will also find that…

The most interesting information comes from children, for they tell all they know and then stop.

Yes there is a Santa Claus; he lives, as surely as do fairies!

After you view this interview, re-read that 9/21/1897, editorial to Virginia O’Hanlon, which in part relayed, “A thousand years from now, Virginia, nay, ten times ten thousand years from now, he (Santa Claus) will continue to make glad the heart of childhood.”

115 years later, as the head fairy, I know that the “heart of childhood” remains in us all, sometimes we just have to let go and remember how to be happy. Ernest Hemingway said “As you get older it is harder to have heroes, but it is sort of necessary,” and he’s right it is very necessary. Yakov Smirnoff said “We may have forgotten how to feel.  Nobody is teaching us how to live happily ever after, as we've heard in fairy tales.”

This Christmas the key in learning how to live happily ever after,  is to remember how to feel, face all those tough questions with vigor and ask more questions dig deeper and relearn how to live happily ever after…  Just Believe
