An Actors Life

An Actors Life is about working hard and proving your good at it. It's the ability to take rejection and keep moving forward; disappointment after disappointment while staying true to yourself.

The rewards are satisfaction in a job well done; especially when your able to evoke any range of emotions in your audience.

An Author's Frame of Reference

All novels, are an expression of the Author's hopes, fears and ideas about good versus evil. If you look carefully you can find their frame of reference.

Authors write to share a story, change a story or right a wrong; to explore the possibilities and share them.

Maleficent Lesson

Maleficent - Saw it, ♥ it. Repeated 3 times to be sure.

The point, the evil queen's curse in and of itself ensured that she herself would love the child; and it unwittingly and/or intentionally assured her vengeance was directed at the rightful target. In and of her own doing, it turned her from the villain into the hero we cried and cheered for, as she was glorified in becoming free again from the ties that had grounded her.

The Lesson, is that people who hurt others create their own torments; always fearful that "you" will one day be back for them. They never experience true joy in their madness to vilify the victim.

The Choice, as the victim, we want justice and seek vindication. When it's not delivered, we make mistakes. But reclaiming "you" can be found in the most unlikely places; because of the choices you make. You weren't wrong - you were wronged.  And the most horrible things can be put behind you and you will mend, maybe not this week or the year after.  But most assuredly, if you look for humor and joy like Maleficent "you" will again soar to incredible heights - never really having lost what makes you uniquely, "you."

Kudos to Disney's -
Linda Woolverton, the Writer who cried through it all.

Dive a little deeper - the answers are out there.

A Highschool Educational Exchange Year

Khurshid once said; "In international relations, in foreign policy, a great deal has to do with historical circumstances, a great deal has to do with the sense and perception of people."

The Schuman's are helping to change the sense and perception of people everyday, by introducing them to students from around the world. By hosting students from other countries, you play a part in  international relations with historical changes in the perception others have.

When Fairy's Weep Chapter 2

1911
Continued from Chapter 1  Lochness

It was a typical overcast day in Scotland; but Mary Macleod was not your ordinary girl, sitting on a cliff adjacent to Urguhart Castle. Her adopted home talking to her friend Nessi; with a slight breeze whipping around her curly mane she was a sight!

Nessi, I can't change my mind now. I am going to America.  I am not staying here to be captured and wed to my cousin. He's...ugh he's a heathen oaf and that poor girl behead, for not giving him a male heir! Honestly, I don't think you can really plan to have a male or female. No not even a fairy can plan that.  I am only half fairy.  I do like living among the humans, they are clever and witty.

You could have followed me if you hadn't chose this place to change into a sea creature for all of eternity!  ... I'm sorry you have been such a dear friend, but this curse is hard to unravel and I do want to go home someday.  If it weren't for you and Caroline, I would have no friends.  She is such a dear, but getting on in years and plans to leave the castle to the state to care for. So I need to move to on and she understands.

Nessi, there will be countless others who can see you and I will send Denise-Marie back to visit you and her child may even follow later. No she won't stay, I can't completely see the future, but she will be able to look back and begin to unravel the pieces.  The curse seems to affect the girl's journey to their happily-ever-after. But I clearly see she is a risk taker. She'll love those she meets with all her heart and when crossed she won't be easy to subdue.  The boys seem more hardened; but luckily they do reach happily-ever-after with human woman.  Perhaps because women generally have the power to heal men's hearts.

I can't stay, I  don't want you to protect me Nessi, they think you're a monster and may hunt you and/or worst kill your physical form. The abyss is filled with some of the most unsavory souls and you know if you put yourself purposefully in the way, when there are other ways around a problem, you end up there. Yes, It's very funny! Not at all. I know Menrva, and how you two spied on her son while he was growing up on the isle of skye. But that was when you roamed the sky's as a dragon; what's funny is that you choose to be turned into a sea creature that is now locked into this fish bowl.  I want to be free and make my own choices I will not choose to be a Selkie tie to the sea.  I want to roam the world forever and a day.

Boston will be fantastic you know my love of shoes and I have a job lined up in Lynn, Massachusetts.  You know they made the boots worn by Continental Army soldiers during the Revolutionary War.  Women are able to earn a living and keep their independence and you know I love how things work, it's perfect for me.

Nessi I will always love you and miss you terribly, but you have your things to do and I have to chase mine who knows why. But the quest is to find out and do our part to make sure the humans do not destroy everything we hold dear.  Ha old maid at 18 someday that will not be the case.

I have to say good-bye they are waiting for me and I must say good-bye to Caroline, she'll still be with you for a little longer and there will be others and you know you can always trust those girls with green eyes and boys with brown eyes to keep your secrets.

No I won't say good-bye to Charles Rennie Mackintosh, it'll be to hard; He and Margaret are such a complimentary team. They will weave magic such as Glascow has never seen before! Just think, it wasn't that long ago that you would not have seen a MacDonald and Mackintosh together. That was a bloody awful period. And things are calming down here, not perfect; but getting much better.

I just want to feel peace and America is suppose to have some of that. I can just feel her pulling me that way. You know that inexplicable tug.

oh I hear them calling, Good bye for now, you know we'll meet again, I'll love you forever and then some. Until then may we find that illusive happily-ever-after.

A Fairy Song ~ Meant Just for You

Over hill, over dale, Thorough bush, thorough brier,
Over park, over pale,
Thorough flood, thorough fire!
I do wander everywhere, Swifter than the moon's sphere;
And I serve the Fairy Queen, To dew her orbs upon the green;
The cowslips tall her pensioners be;
In their gold coats spots you see;
Those be rubies, fairy favours;
In those freckles live their savours;
I must go seek some dewdrops here,
And hang a pearl in every cowslip's ear.

~William Shakespeare

Much like the pensions, humans receive from their employers today; Fairy's near and Far serve their Fairy Queen to release Fairy Tale Access to you, all.

SeReNdipiTY - FATE - KaRmA

What is it? It's when life is giving you a bit of lemons and you feel a bit like this:

                                                The Holiday

Like the "Meet Cute" explained in the movie the Holiday:

A man and a woman go into a store to buy pajama's and approach the salesperson.
The Man says: I just need bottoms.
The Woman says: I just need a top.
And their eyes meet that's a meet cute!

Serendipity, is like that. It is a unique chain of events that just makes you smile...

A man and a woman go to a grocery on a Saturday night.
It's Crowded.  The woman just came from the gym. The man is dressed casually cool.

Their eyes meet in aisle 3. The woman says: Hi, do you know where the Miso Soup is? He says: no, they moved everything around. She says: I know. They exchange pleasantries about where their from.

Minutes later they meet in aisle 1. He said did you find the soup? She said no. It turns into a lovely conversation about travel their lives...They exchange goodbyes.

But then for no apparent reason at all, just as she's about to walk away; He asked for her number maybe coffee and she said coffee is great & gave her number.  They pass once more in aisle 4. Both say Hi, and exchange that Smile.

At the checkout counter she's still giggly, they find her miso soup and the friendly cashier gives her, her change.  While putting it away she notices a 5 dollar bill with writing on it.  Coincidence?

Serendipity  5 dollar Fate Scene

To the girl, who all but gave up on dating. Her 5 dollar bill say's ....

upside down... hmm

What happens next is anyone's guess; serendipity is those crazy moment's in time; where what unravels next could be completely unrelated; but related.

Eventually all the pieces fall into place. Until then - laugh out loud at the mayham, giggle over the confusion, enjoy the moment.  Everything happens for a Reason....Right?

Life is Great!

How Fairy Tale Access ~ Enriches Our Lives....

Ћ wonderful people who challenge us to read & look at the world unfolding around us!

Children exposed to religion 'more likely to believe in fairy tales'

"Children who have been exposed to religion find it more difficult
to separate fact from fiction than children from secular
backgrounds, according to a study published in the July issue
of Cognitive Science."

And that is suppose to support

Richard Dawkins  who says Fairy Tales are bad for Children.

IMAGINATION & FAIRY TALES

oh, two of my most cherished friends, the world would be indeed dark and dreary without you and the ability to dream; it would extinguish that small flicker of light, that one that burns brighter as each day brings us nearer to fulfilling our deepest "hopes."

Walt Disney once said that "Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world."

Mr. Disney, was a man, who truly understood the short life of a child. A child that can be very hidden in an adult whose true light may flicker as the years pass - giving off only shimmering glimpses of the child they were. Yet, Mr. Disney, knew if he could change the story ever so slightly - he could change a tortured ending to give us all hope; hope for a different and ever unwinding array of choices for our own Fairy Tale Ending.

And such is the case with Fairy Tale Access, it's a reminder that it's always waiting for us to open the door to discover an ever expanding quest to get the messages out and connect those who we're destine to meet.  It's the idea that we are all connected by that red string of fate. A fate that is only limited by where our imagination can take us.

Imagination can take us truly anywhere; it can change the course of history, how we view and interact with the world. Each one of us, yes even you & Mr. Dawkins, plays an important role in the outcome of another's access to their own unwinding yet to be revealed

tale on their quest to release, Fairy Tale Access and finish at
happily-ever-after.
